The terror moves from the burbs to the big city, when SCREAM VI takes our surviving cast members from last year’s franchise “requel” and assesses their survival skills facing off against a Ghostface killer unlike any before!
Some people can’t escape their fates! If you’re a one-time resident of Woodsboro and faced any horrors in your time, it’s likely that where ever you go, whatever you do, someone will be watching and waiting! In SCREAM VI the survivors of last year’s copycat attack are facing a new terror that appears to have followed them to the concrete jungles of New York City. Sam (Melissa Barrera) and her sister Tara (Jenna Ortega) may have left their home of Woodsboro behind after surviving a Ghostface killer’s rebooting of the “Stab” franchise. Still, someone has decidedly picked up where the last killer left off, and this Ghostface is unlike any other!
With the move into New York City, the playing field has only gotten more dangerous and wildly more complicated, and the rules have changed considerably. As revealed in the previous installment, SCREAM (2022) set up an all-new haunt with Sam, the daughter of the original film’s killer, Billy Loomis, and her half-sister, Tara, taking the heat for Ghostface’s revenge! Joining our two returning Final Girls, are Jasmin Savoy Brown and Mason Gooding reprising their roles as the twins, Mindy and Chad Meeks-Martin, and filling out the legacy roles are Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers and Hayden Panettiere who played Kirby in Scream IV.
